Thank you for choosing us for your custom 3D printed items. As each product is made to order, please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour period, your order will have entered the production process and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of 3D printing, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size, colour, or design selected by the customer
Minor surface imperfections that are typical of the 3D printing process
Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
We only accept returns if an item is incorrect or arrives damaged.
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. If your return is approved:
The item must be returned within 10 days of delivery
The item must be in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Once received and inspected, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy, including the strict no cancellation policy after 24 hours and that returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.
